Two dancers per team, 45 seconds of paired improv to music from a pre-posted playlist. Contact, lifts, floor work, and utilizing the full stage are all encouraged. One of the most electric moments at every Nationals — uniquely Intrigue. Exclusively at Nationals.

Two dancers per team with a personalized team name. 45 seconds of dancing with a 10-second countdown. Music randomly selected from a pre-posted playlist.
12 & Under, 13 & Up. Divisions based on the average of both dancers' ages.
Preset opening pose and theme are permitted. Contact, lifts, floor work, and utilizing the stage are all encouraged. Choreographed routines are NOT eligible.
Scored on a 1.00-5.00 point system.

Yes — a dancer can have multiple Sidekick Improv entries, but each partnership must be unique. You can't enter twice with the same partner.
